Any update or change that you make to any product's content will be counted as one Task, and all the tasks created will be available in the Tasks section (which can be accessed by clicking Tasks tab).

Tasks page has a number of filters such as Created Date / Task Type / Task Status, etc. that will help you find the exact task you are looking to find.

By selecting a task from the Tasks list, you get detailed information about what the task was about, its date, its status, the initiator, etc.

Each task is assigned a ticket number assigned (i-e. SA-XXXX) which can be searched in the provided search box.
